Also not really a city state. At least not somewhere most people would want to visit or live. Tin Town is lousy with kobolds. Most places would consider this a problem - but you see, the people in Tin Town are the kobolds. Orcs and Ogres live here too. They are in a long standing feud with Furham. Something at the bottom of the pit tells them that they should kick the dwarves out of the mountains.
