Western city state that borders Lyria. Bloomgard is known for its cows and dairy products. Bloomgard maintains vast stretches of farmland, more than they know what to do with, really. Bloomgard has always had a sort of curious relationship to the fae and more whimsical magicks in general. If one wanted to accidentally run into a unicorn, Bloomgard is probably a good place to start. Not that unicorns are common, but if it could happen, that’s where it would happen. Also, watch your step, someone is leaving painted eggs everywhere. Bloomgard is home primarily to Humans, Gadabari, Elves, Dwarves and Hoblings.
