Updated February 9, 2024, by Siddarth Narasimman: The Nemesis has received a couple of changes heading into 2025, but this has not elevated his placement in the current killer meta as he remains an average killer in most matches. Moreover, none of the recent perks have found their way into his best builds. However, a certain add-on has seen a major shift in power due to the balance changes the Nemesis received late in 2024.

While there are several options for a new Killer, there are even more iconic Survivors in the series. Luckily, the Stranger Things chapter broke away from the usual plan of bringing one Killer and Survivor for a new chapter, adding both Steve and Nancy along with the Demogorgon. The Resident Evil chapter could easily bring two Survivors as well, and it would be odd if the decision were made to do otherwise. In addition, the Silent Hill chapter introduced Legendary cosmetics, which means that two Survivors could be f

The Nemesis’ best add-ons are somewhat hard to make use of. Since so much of his power revolves around zombies and Survivors making early-game mistakes, it can be difficult to know what works best for the Killer. This guide highlights his strongest add-ons , ordered by their rarity on the Bloodweb.

Hex: Devour Hope (The Hag): The Killer receives Tokens each time a Survivor is rescued from a hook at a distance greater than 24 meters. With two Tokens, The Killer gains 3/4/5% Haste for 10 seconds after hooking a Survivor. With three Tokens, Survivors suffer the Exposed status effect permanently. With five Tokens, the Killer can skip the hooking and kill all Surviv

The Nemesis is the newest DLC Killer in Dead By Daylight from the Resident Evil Chapter. He has the ability to deploy his tentacle and infect healthy Survivors with the T-Virus. The first hit infects, and the second will injure. A third hit will down Survivors. Each successfully infected Survivor increases The Nemesis' Mutation Rate, allowing his Tentacle Strike ability to destroy Breakable Walls and Pallets or reach Survivors from a greater distance. Nemesis is also aided by two AI Zombies who can infect or damage Survivors in his stead. Each time an infected Survivor cures the T-Virus with a vaccine, they become visible to Nemesis for a short time. For example, the Wraith is sneaky, the Doctor messes with your mind and the Demogorgon uses portals. Nemesis however is more simple, he just hits really, really h

Each new survivor and killer added to Dead by Daylight over the course of the last five years has continued to increase the depth of the game's mechanics, as players need to learn how to react to new abilities and perks. However, Behavior Interactive clearly has no plans of stopping that growth anytime soon, with new content still coming to the game all the time. So, as the game continues to grow, players can expect to see new ways to play, and hopefully the developer will be able to land even more horror icons to join in on the act

Among Us catapulted into success upon its release, becoming a popular game for streamers, hardcore, and casual gamers. A group of adorable space-suiting-wearing characters go about performing routine tasks aboard their spaceship, but among them is an imposter , and it is their job to kill the others without being discovered. The non-impostors must complete their tasks and avoid being killed, which is often easier said than d

However, Behavior Interactive quickly began addressing the situation of the limited selection of killers by introducing three new killers by the end of 2016. Now, there are 23 killers to choose from, with the 24th killer coming in the form of Resident Evil 3 's Nemesis one day after this fifth anniversary for Dead by Daylight . At this point, there's a killer for every type of player, and a lot of players that will gravitate towards both unique kill options and broken builds that essentially guarantee a

The Texas Chain Saw Massacre is unique in the way that the survivors don't have to worry about just one killer. Instead, four victims must survive three killers. This makes the game that much more intense, as killers can coordinate to trap a victim and end all hopes of their escape. This is partly due to it being one of the first on the scene, but it's most likely because of its large roster of original and licensed Survivors and Killers, allowing players to control fan-favorite horror icons such as Michael Myers, Ellen Ripley, Chucky, and others, with more bound to come in the future. That said, long-time players may be suffering from DBD fatigue, so they may be in search of other horror asymmetrical titles to break the monotony. Thankfully, there are a few games like Dead by Daylight that have managed to survive, and fans are sure to have a blast while playing t
