Editing The Reach

Far North Eastern population. Not exactly a city state.
The Reach is characterized by its lack of typical civilization markers. There
are few permanent buildings, the government structure, if one exists, is
largely a mystery to people living outside of The Reach.
The populace of The Reach are happy, doing what they do, living in the
middle of nowhere, undisturbed and minding their own business.
Do not rely on law and order, this is a place of looking out for one’s own. It’s
probably easier to list the races you won’t commonly find living here
(Quentari and Elentari Elves).
There is an unusually large concentration of Mystic Wood Elves here. Other
common races include Wild Elves, Orcs/Ogres, Barbarians and Biata.
